Customers return policy: Printrbot, Inc will accept returns of any kit or assembled Printrbot within 30 days of the date of delivery. You may return your kit or assembled Printrbot for any reason within these 30 days. After this 30 day period, your purchase is final and no returns will be accepted. Printrbot charges a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, and in addition the buyer must pay all shipping charges (shipping charges on the initial purchase is not refundable).
Distributors return policy: Printrbot, Inc will accept returns of any kit or assembled Printrbot within 30 days of the date of your sale to your customer. We will accept returns of all unused and unopened merchandise for full refund within 90 days with no restocking fee, shipping not included.
If you intend to return your kit or assembled Printrbot, please open a support ticket first as we would like to try to assist you with anything you need before you return your item(s).
