Brook Drumm before he went very, very grey.

Printrbot was and is an epic ride for founder / CEO Brook Drumm. He was one of the early 3D printer dudes back in 2011. His Kickstarter blew up and all sorts of fun followed for about 7 years. While 3D printing went through the hype cycle, Brook followed it UP… selling 50,000 printers, doing a TV show on Science channel for two seasons, speaking & exhibiting at 3D printing events all over the globe. Good fun.

After the fun, inexpensive 3D printers flooded the market and Printrbot suffered, eventually closing its doors in 2018.

Now, Printrbot has returned with some old friends alongside.
Our goals are simple. Have fun. Share. Engage. Make cool stuff. More fun, please.

We invite you to join us. Same old Brook. Same characters. Same passions.

Brook isn’t alone in this new quest! He is partnering with William Steele, another seasoned trail-blazer that also breathed the rare air in the early days of consumer 3D printing. He is a man of many talents, including electronics design, mechanical design and software goodness - to name only a few.

Printrbot has made and will make beautiful products in the USA that are well engineered. We focus on innovation, reliability and value to stand out in a crowded sea of options.

Looking forward to the future!
